From the grapes produced on the property, the Lima Mayer blend was prepared, with the varieties Syrah, Aragonez, Petit Verdot and Alicante Bouschet. Aged 12 months in French oak barrels 12 months in the bottle.

Vinification: Manual crop and grape selection. Fermentation with temperature control at 25ºC. Long maceration.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels before bottling and 2 months in bottle.
Predicted Longevity: 5 to 6 years.
Sensorial Analysis: Ruby coloured, striking fruity aroma, medium structure and balance with a persisten finish.
