DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

The Client may exercise the right of free resolution under the terms legally provided for and

indicated below, namely in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, with the changes

introduced by Law no. 47/2014, of 28 July.


The Customer can proceed with the exchange or return (termination of the contract) of the

product (s) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt, without the need to

indicate the reason and without payment of compensation .


The period of 14 (fourteen) days begins to count from the day following the day: (i) in which

the Customer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical

possession of the product (s) or in the case (ii) in which the Customer or a third party

indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last product

when the Customer has ordered several goods in a single order and the goods are delivered

separately.


In order to exercise its right of free termination, the Client must communicate its decision to

terminate this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, letter sent by

post, or e-mail), to the contacts indicated on the website.


For the free resolution period to be respected, it is enough that the communication regarding

the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent to Lima Mayer & Companhia before the end

of the resolution period.


The Customer must return the product (s) without undue delay and no later than 14

(fourteen) days from the day on which he informed Lima Mayer & Companhia of the free

termination of the contract, considering that it is respected if the Customer returns the goods

before the expiration of this 14 (fourteen) day period.


The costs of returning the goods will be borne in full by the Customer, except in cases where

the responsibility for the return rests with Lima Mayer & Companhia.

Upon return, the product (s) (including the packaging accompanying the product (s), labels

and back-labels) must remain intact (s); otherwise, the refund is void.

Once the product (s) are received at the Lima Mayer & Companhia facilities and after

validation of the condition of the same (s), the Customer will be refunded of all payments

made.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the Customer in the

initial transaction or by bank transfer to IBAN to be indicated by the Customer, if the payment

method used does not allow it.


DELIVERY

The shipping cost is included in the price of wines, for the entire continental national territory.

For other areas, the shipping cost is on request.

Deliveries are made by the company Torrestir within 48 hours.
