To get started with the vineyard project, Thomaz is advised by the team of winegrowers Richard Smart and David Booth, who help him in choosing the grape varieties. Thus making a selection of those that in this type of terroir could produce a wine of great quality. In a second phase, it creates a work team with professionals from different areas to embody the first wine of the brand Lima Mayer (2003). This team, which is still the foundation of this project.
